The September meeting for MadTech was held Wednesday, 24 Sept 2008 at Escape Java Cafe. There were four people in attendance, and we discussed: (1) results of presentation topic survey; (2) modification of future meeting schedule; and (3) a discussion topic for the next meeting.

Results of Presentation Topic Survey
The survey was completed by 14 participants, Open Source/Open Everything, Social Networks, and Google Apps ranked high among the interest. Full results can be seen viewed in the post 'Survey Results' http://snipurl.com/406ay ;

Modification of Future Meeting Schedule
Due to upcoming holidays—Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas—we have adjusted the meeting schedule from October through January. The new schedule follows:
- October: 22 October 2008, 6:30pm, Location TBA
- November: 19 November 2008, 6:30pm, Location TBA
- December: Cancelled
- January: 21 January 2009, 6:30pm, Location TBA

Next Meeting Discussion
At the October meeting, we have decided to have an open discussion on websites—design, features, decisions that can add or distract from goals, etc. We will look at an discuss any participants website. So if you're interested in feedback, critical evaluation, and or possible recommendations on how to improve your website design, traffic, and loyalty, come join us.
